Can I change my shipping or billing address after my order is placed?Updated 6 months ago

We take pride in processing your orders quickly, which means we label our orders almost immediately. Unfortunately, this makes us unable to make any address modifications once a package ships. If you notice an error in your shipping address before your order has shipped or been partially shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to make necessary changes to the portion of the order that hasn't left our warehouse.

For already shipped items, you as the receiver can contact the shipping carrier to request a change to the delivery address. Alternatively, you can request the package to be delivered to a local post office or collection point for pickup at your convenience. Unfortunately, in instances where an order has been returned due to an insufficient address, we are not able to assist you unless we have the correct details associated with your order.

If you made an error with your billing address but the payment has gone through without issues and your shipping address is correct, there is no need to worry. Your order will proceed normally.
