What if an item is defective?Updated 2 months ago

If the item you received is defective, send us a message with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP. A defective product will include, but is not limited to, the following issues:

  • won't charge
  • damage to external shell
  • won’t turn on or off
  • won’t change modes

However, if your item is damaged in any other way, please reach out to us and let us know - we'll dig into this!
